Wine Service and Hors d’oeuvres, Clarsach (Harp), Pipes to Dinner, Haggis Ceremony, Plated Dinner (Pan Roasted Salmon, Braised Short Rib or Vegetarian), Citadel Regimental Pipes and Drums, Dancing, and Pipers Retreat/Auld Lang Syne.

Bring your own Whisky flask (Glasses and Ice will be provided).

Gentlemen: Black-tie, Mess Dress, Highland Evening Dress; miniatures.
