What: To honor the South Carolina Lowcountry's rich history of agriculture and rice production, Coastal Provisions will be hosting a creative competition between Chef de Cuisine Read Wolfe, Sous Chef Scott Wilson, and Sous Chef Josh Begley. Each chef will prepare a traditional rice-based dish with a Coastal Provisions twist. Attendees will taste and judge each dish, selecting one winner to be awarded "People's Choice."
