The Charleston Parks Conservancy is hosting a brand-new culinary event, Shucked + Sauced, at the newly renovated Rose Pavilion in Hampton Park. This quintessential Lowcountry affair will showcase the best of the land and sea along with live music, beer, and wine.
Presented by Frampton Construction, Shucked + Sauced is curated by Chef Mike Lata of The Ordinary and FIG. Featured restaurants are The Ordinary, Nico, 167 Raw, Chubby Fish and The Obstinate Daughter. Local oyster farmers Lowcountry Oyster Co., Clammer Dave, Barrier Island Oyster Co. and Lady's Island Oysters will prepare the oysters. Rodney Scott's BBQ and Lewis Barbecue will serve smoked meats.
Guests will enjoy wine and beer from Holy City Brewing Co. Dallas Baker and Friends are bringing their "beachy Lowcountry bluegrass" music to this epicurean feast.
Tickets are $85 and include all food and beverages. This event is for ages 21 and up only. No pets or coolers allowed.
