7:00 a.m. - SC Aquarium Sea Life Safe Beach Sweep at Wild Dunes Grand Pavilion - Free.
The early bird gets the worm! Join our team as we keep the beach clean. Buckets and gloves will be provided by the recreation team, we just ask that you pick up as much as you can while walking along the Isle of Palms beachfront!
8:00 a.m. - Yoga on the Beach - Grand Pavilion Beachfront - $10/person in advance, $15/person day of.
Enjoy a mixture of yoga styles in this 60 minute class designed to get you feeling your best. Expect a slower start to lengthen and warm the body, a middle that picks up pace to build strength, and an ending of stillness to leave you relaxed for the rest of your day. This class is open to all levels with modifications and options given for those who seek to lesson or intensify the physicality of class. Led by leading Lowcountry instructor, Amanda B. Cunningham.
