We'll have a special Mardi Gras menu that includes:
Alley Hurricane - $7
Shrimp and Sausage Gumbo - $12.95 (traditional dark roux Louisiana gumbo with blackened shrimp, andouille sausage, a scoop of rice, and topped with green onions)
Crawfish Spring Roll - $8.95 (crawfish tail, andouille sausage, red rice wrapped in spring roll, fried and served with chipotle lime sauce)
Muffaletta Burger with choice of side - $11.95 (6 oz. burger patty, smoked bbq pork, pepperoni, capicola, prosciutto, provolone cheese, topped with olive tapenade, served on a Normandy Farm bun, on a bed of pepperoncini peppers)
