Holiday cocktails will be featured for the next Charity Tasting at The Glass Onion on Wednesday, December 13 from 5:30-7:30p.m. The tasting costs $10 per person and $5 of each ticket benefits HALOS. Patrons will receive some small bites to go along with the tasting. Guests are also encouraged to bring in items to help children supported by HALOS have a better holiday season. Items that are needed include: grocery store gift cards, car seats, diapers, baby wipes, and twin-size sheet sets. Tickets can now be purchased in advance at http://bit.ly/2k7wP1G or at the door.

The mission of HALOS is to provide support and advocacy to abused and neglected children and kinship caregivers. HALOS continues to be the only program in the tri-county that supports kinship caregivers and their families through support groups, information and referral services, respite opportunities, and home-based management.
