Colour of Music Festival Spring Chamber Music Series I’On Chapel

In tandem with a concert event at the North Charleston Arts Fest May 2, the Colour of Music Festival returns to Mount Pleasant with a spring chamber music presentation at the I’On Village Chapel, Friday, May 3, 2024, at 7 p.m. showcasing leading Black classical artists.
Featuring German-born violinist Anyango Yarbo-Davenport and French violinist Romuald Grimbert-Barré, the evening of classical duos and a sextet ensemble in I’On’s picturesque village community east of the Cooper will include Zoltán Kodály’s Duo for Violin and Cello Op. 7 and a South Carolina debut of Reinhold Glière’s String Sextet No. 3 in C Major, Op. 11.
General Admission Tickets: $40 adult; $35 senior; $15 student
