Boots, Bottles, and Blessings

Join us November 3rd from 10 AM until 5 PM for our annual Blessing of the Vines Festival, we call it Boots, Bottles, and a Blessing.

It's a blessing for all wine lovers at Charleston's only vineyard and winery. The public will get their chance to witness the blessing of muscadine grapevines by a priest, enjoy live music by American Idol contest Carly Moffa, food and drink all while admiring the charming setting of Deep Water Vineyard.

Admission is just $5 per car in advance or $10 at the gate. Purchase tickets online at www.deepwatervineyard.com or on our Facebook Page under events.

November 3rd will mark three years since the new owners took over at the vineyard (72 acres
located on deep water at 6775 Bears Bluff Road on Wadmalaw Island, SC). This is a family-friendly, music-rich, foodie-focused, festival with plenty of fun and libations for all, and blessings for the entire crowd.

Bring your cash and credit for tastings offered every 30 minutes throughout the day. It's just $7 to sample both wines grown and bottled locally on property and wines made from grapes from our partner vineyard in California. Each tasting includes a souvenir stemless wine glass. Firefly Distillery tastings are $6 for a sample of six spirits and you'll receive a souvenir shot glass. Food trucks onsite will include: Greekin' Out, Braised in the South, Mac Daddy, Dave 'n' Dubs, and Holy City Cupcakes.

Lawn chairs and blankets are welcome.
