Beach Bootcamp, offered by GritBox Fitness. Only $10/person with proceeds to go to one of the water foundations. Saturday, Sept 14, from 8-8:45am. Beach Bootcamp is a circuit style workout with a focus on strength and resistances exercises. It is a 45-minute high intensity interval training workout leaving one feeling stronger and ready to seize the day! No shoes required but please bring a water bottle.
