Smarty Pants, the mini horse is engaged to his "soul mare" Moon Over My Annie. They will have a mini wedding on April 23rd during L.E.A.R.N. Horse Rescue's "Neigh-borhood" Carnival. April 23rd is also the ASPCA's Help A Horse Day.
While the carnival is free to attend, proceeds from food & beverage purchases as well as silent auction items will go toward L.E.A.R.N.'s fundraising goal, and put L.E.A.R.N. in the running for a grant from the ASPCA worth $25,000.

- Time: Noon - 4pm. The Mini Wedding will take place at 2:30pm.
- Location: LEARN Farm: 6861 Ethel Post Office Rd. Meggett, SC 29449
- Cost: FREE to attend
- What: Family friendly, with games and activities for the kids. Jump castles. Face painting. Horse chip "bingo." Get your picture taken with Edisto, the Appaloosa Mule or go on a trail ride and more!
