38th Annual Cooper River Bridge Run

April 2, 2016. The 10K Run & Walk is the 3rd largest 10K in the US and 18th largest in the world. Each year it includes 44,000 participants taking them over a 2.5 mile bridge.


Charleston Area Convention Center Campus

The campus features over 150,000 sq ft of meeting/exhibit space and an adjoining performing arts center. Steps away are the North Charleston Coliseum & Embassy Suites Hotel.


Megadock Billfishing Tournament

SC’s largest marlin and sailfish competition. Hosted by the Charleston City Marina, the 2nd week in July, boats travel from all over the East coast for this event.


North Charleston Coliseum & Performing Arts Center

The Coliseum is a 14,000 seat multipurpose sports and entertainment facility that is home to the SC Stingrays (ECHL hockey team). The 2,300 seat Performing Arts Center is home to the Best of Broadway series. Tickets: Coliseum ticket office, or charge by phone 1.800.745.3000.


The College of Charleston Athletics

Features 21 NCAA Division I sports & over 400 student-athletes. Hosts over 200 intercollegiate events a year. Downtown campus includes TD Arena, a modern 5,100 seat facility.


Volvo Car Open
