Executive Chef Jonathan Banta is putting a modern Spanish twist on the five-course dinner featuring wine perfectly paired with each dish.
The Aquarium's Sustainable Seafood Coordinator Shelley Dearhart will be on hand sharing information with guests about the best sustainable seafood choices.
The dinner takes place at 6:30 p.m.
The cost is $75 plus tax and gratuity, 10% of the proceeds will go to the South Carolina Aquarium, to make a reservation call please call the number listed.
