Romeo and Juilet

Romeo and Juliet marks Threshold Repertory Theatre’s 3rd annual Summer Shakespeare Workshop. This year’s workshop brings together new and veteran actors to continue to explore Shakespeare’s most popular works. The education portion of our workshop includes the study of Shakespeare’s writing style, Iambic pentameter, and underlying meanings within the text. Along with acting, our technical team, including our set and costumer designers will set the scene and
give audiences an unique view of the Renaissance period. Watch as our talented group of actors bring the words of Shakespeare to life.

In another tragic turn in the ongoing feud between the houses of Capulet and Montague, Tybalt, cousin of Juliet Capulet was slain in a sword fight by Romeo Montague in what appears to be revenge for the murder of Mercutio. How will this fair with poor Juliet, love of Romeo? How will Romeo pay for his crime? Find out all answers to this biting love story at Threshold Repertory Theatre July 31st through August 17th.
