Your Charleston County Parks have partnered with MUSC to offer free skin cancer screenings this summer. Dermatologists on the MUSC Mobile Health Unit – a fully equipped doctor’s office on wheels – will be at Splash Zone Waterpark (within James Island County Park) on August 11. No appointment is necessary. First come, first serve.
