Ted's Butcherblock is celebrating a decade in business as Charleston's local butcher and gourmet cafe with an Anniversary Block Party that promises to be the biggest and best in the shop’s ten-year history.

Ted’s annual Anniversary Block Party is scheduled to take place Saturday, October 17 from 11 am to 6 pm, featuring a special menu, a signature craft beer on tap from Edmund's Oast, and live music from two of Charleston’s favorite bands.

In addition to the regular menu at Ted’s, a special feast including Painted Hills Beef Short Ribs, a Block Party Boil and Wagyu Steakhouse Burgers will also be available at the Block Party. Edmund's Oast will offer a signature Anniversary Brew on tap, and mystery beers will also be available, along with retail wines and other beverages regularly available at Ted's.

Part of Inspection Street will be closed to make room for two bands at this year’s Block Party. The Bushels, which regularly perform at the annual event, will share the stage this year with the Garage Cuban Band. The performances begin with the The Bushels at 11:30 am.
