Cannon Green and Executive Chef Amalia Scatena are partnering with the James Beard Foundation to host a Celebrity Chef Tour dinner on Wednesday, April 20th, featuring a rockstar roster of the country's brightest female chefs.
Joining Chef Amalia in the kitchen are Top Chef winner Kristen Kish, Rebecca Wilcomb of Herbsaint in New Orleans, Emily Hahn of Warehouse Bar + Kitchen, Jill Mathias of Chez Nous, and Katy Keefe of McCrady's.
These acclaimed chefs will work together to craft a Southern-inspired menu paired with elegant wines imported and presented by David McCarus of McCarus Beverage Co. The evening will begin with a cocktail reception featuring Cathead Vodka and Cannonborough Beverage Co. libations at 6:30 p.m., followed by a multi-course meal served family-style at 7:30 p.m. The attire for the night is dressy casual and tickets are $150, inclusive of wine pairings, gratuity, and tax.
