Home School History Day- Marsh Madness The Dill Sanctuary
Event Details
On Friday, May 20, from 10 - 11 am, enjoy the great outdoors with a walk into the maritime forest and marsh of the Dill Sanctuary. Students will learn about the many plants and animals that flourish in the salt marsh, such as fiddler crabs, periwinkles, spartina grass, needle rush, herons, and osprey.
On the third Friday of every month, the Museum offers a special program for home schooling families. These programs feature one of our field trip classes, a chance to go through the Museum, and an activity. Reservations recommended.
FREE for Museum members and FREE with admission.
