Total Solar Eclipse in North Charleston: Look to the Sky! will take place on Monday, Aug. 21 from noon - 4p.m. and will feature:
- A live performance from Secret Agent 23 Skidoo, a Grammy Award-winning family hip-hop artist.
- Lowcountry STEM Collaborative activities including a robotics demonstration, paper airplane building projects, a 3D modeler demonstration and a live feed of drone flights.
- Programming from Boeing, including their longest ever trebuchet launch, robotics demonstration, paper airplane building projects, a 3D modeler demonstration, and a live feed of drone flights.
- Charleston County School District North Charleston Kaleidoscope and College of Charleston Astronomy Department.
- Special guest Elizabeth Joyner of NASA's Langley Research Center educating guests about the total eclipse.
- Live feed of NASA launching their high altitude balloons in Charleston.
