Shreya Patel and Brijesh Malkani, of New York City, always dreamed of a destination wedding that had its own unique identity and would allow them to incorporate their rich Indian heritage. Upon their first visit to Charleston, the duo knew the destination was the perfect match. With the talented RLE Charleston’s planning expertise and design, Shreya and Brijesh said “I do” at Legare Waring House, under a canopy of oak trees draped with Spanish moss and surrounded by vibrant pink, orange and gold drapery adorned with Tiger Lily Weddings’ gorgeous florals. The new Mr. and Mrs. Malkani then made their way to Founders Hall for a modern meets elegant reception, where guests snacked on a fusion of Southern and Indian foods by Duvall Events, including Tikka Biscuit Sandwiches.
