So… What’s on the menu? Cold hors d’oeuvres include Lowcountry-inspired classics like the local Ceviche with citrus, avocado, cilantro, and chili pepper, deviled eggs topped with crispy chicken skin and honey hot sauce, and watermelon & tomato skewers with smoked gouda. Hot hors d’oeuvres include the New England-style Cru Crab Cake with caper rémoulade, fried chicken & waffle cones with maple bacon rémoulade, and mini tomato pies featuring local tomatoes and housemade pimento cheese.
Opt for a raw bar or meat & cheese display to wow your guests – offerings include assorted chilled oysters, the Farmer’s Table featuring a selection of cured meats, artisanal cheeses with crostini, and vegetable crudité with hummus. Outside of providing the utmost service to their clients, Cru Catering is also committed to reducing waste, using compostable plates, flatware, and cups at their functions when not using china, stainless, and glassware.
