Chef Michael Toscano, chef and owner of the newly opened Blanca Estrada Taqueria, is no stranger to sharing his culture through food and this hands-on experience is no exception. Join us in the CHSWF Test Kitchen as Chef Michael dives deep into his Mexican roots by sharing his tortilla recipe and techniques that can be easily replicated in your home kitchen while he shares stories and memories from his mother and grandmother’s kitchen. After perfecting your tortilla-making skills, you’ll enjoy the fruits of your labor and rumor has it that you’ll get to enjoy his grandmother’s molé.
