Featuring a classic Italian American menu for the holiday, Chef Daniel Dalton has put together a Feast of the 7 Fishes for Christmas Eve dinner.

1ST COURSE

Blue crab fritters -Calabrian aioli,mascarpone

Tuna carpaccio-Sourdough panzanella,bagna cauda,red onion

Trota in carpione-Pickled rainbow trout,zucchini,carrots

2nd course

Seared scallops-Middlins risotto,smoked tomato,basil
