The Post and Courier presents Charleston's inaugural CHARLEYS Awards to recognize major sports achievements, relive unforgettable moments and salute the leading performances in the state of South Carolina.
Houston Texans Quarterback Deshaun Watson will join the celebration as the celebrity guest and will answer questions from the crowd.
We will also recognize someone who has made a significant contribution over the span of his or her career with the Lifetime Achievement Award. For the inaugural year, The Post and Courier staff has chosen Coach John McKissick, Winningest High School Coach. Through his many years of coaching, Coach McKissick played a pivotal role in shaping thousands of athletes' lives.
