June 2 - Jane Do SCULPT Class

9 am: This total body sculpting class is high energy, low impact (no jumping) and couples resistance training with flexibility exercises. Various props are incorporated to keep your brain stimulated and your body challenged.

June 14 - LO with HyLo

10 am: [45 Minutes] Our HYLO Yoga-Inspired group fitness class is designed to guide your body mindfully & intelligently through challenging fluid movements. Our signature sequencing consists of creative & repetitive movements that challenge you both mentally and physically. This style builds your practice step by step, often incorporating strengthening drills & techniques, traditional Sun Salutations, balancing postures, heart openers, & your fair share of vinyasas.

All levels – Intermediate

June 30 - Lowcountry Power Yoga at 8am and 10am

8am: Power 60 - sign up here: Experience the dynamic harmony of movement and breath in our Power 60 practice. You’ll dive into a full-body practice designed to unlock your inner power, vitality, and freedom as you find flow. Suitable for individuals looking to move with momentum, this 60-minute session offers an invigorating journey towards inner strength. (60-minutes)

10am: Spry Mat - sign up here: Spry classes are designed to support healthy living at every age. Discover how to harness yoga tools to adapt poses for accessibility and longevity in your practice. Transition from seated on the ground to standing poses to experience stillness, strength, and balance. This class is ideal for newcomers or seasoned students who feel at ease with transitions between floor and standing positions. This is a great class if you are focused on joint and spine health, looking for low-impact activity, recovering from an injury, or want to balance the intensity of your hot practice. You’re invited to explore the foundations of yoga with confidence and tranquility. (60-Minutes)

July 13 - Jane Do DANCE CARDIO Class

9am: Our dance cardio class breaks down high impact choreography into attainable routines that require zero dance experience. A total body workout, this class also integrates lower body, upper body and abdominal intervals to keep you burning calories, increasing your metabolism, and have fun doing it!
