Event Details

The 6th Annual Smoke on the Harbor BBQ Throwdown will return this November for two days of top-notch wing & barbeque competition, a large vendor village, and plenty of entertainment.

This culinary event will take place on November 10th & 11th at the Lookout Pavilion at Charleston Harbor Resort & Marina and will once again be fully sanctioned by The Kansas City Barbeque Society.

Competition categories for Friday night's State Championship will include: Chicken Wings
Competition categories for Saturday's State Championship will include: BBQ

No Pets or Coolers are allowed inside the event

Aside from the competitions, the Throwdown will also include:
- Numerous food and refreshment options
- Live music performances

The Charleston Harbor Resort & Marina will also host a Food Drive benefiting the East Cooper Meals on Wheels during the event. Patrons are encouraged to bring non-perishable food items. As a thank you, they will receive $5 off the $10 admission.
