Sherry Dinner at Edmund's Oast

Sherry expert Philippe Broom of De Maison Selections will lead a special all Sherry Dinner at Edmund's Oast on Wednesday, July 19. Starting at 6:30 p.m., the five-course menu features sherries including:

La Cigarerra Manzanilla Passada
La Cigarerra Amontillado
El Maestro Sierra Palo Cortado
Pena del Aguila Palo Cortado

Executive Chef Bob Cook will pair dishes with each course.

Menu items include:
1st coarse
Fritto misto "in purgatory"

2nd coarse
Roasted fresh ham, pine nut/almond gremolata, Parmesan broth

3rd coarse
Liver mousse toast, bacon, olives

4th coarse
Duck confit, fraissures, charleston gold rice


Tickets are $75 per person.

Philippe Broom has worked at De Maison Selections since 2012 and has worked harvest in Spain two times. Founded by Andra© Tamers in 1996, De Maison Selections is an importing company that specializes in unique, high-quality, boutique wines, ciders and spirits from Spain and France.

The majority of their portfolio is geared toward Spanish labels.
