Sherry expert Philippe Broom of De Maison Selections will lead a special all Sherry Dinner at Edmund's Oast on Wednesday, July 19. Starting at 6:30 p.m., the five-course menu features sherries including:
La Cigarerra Manzanilla Passada
La Cigarerra Amontillado
El Maestro Sierra Palo Cortado
Pena del Aguila Palo Cortado
Executive Chef Bob Cook will pair dishes with each course.
Menu items include:
1st coarse
Fritto misto "in purgatory"
2nd coarse
Roasted fresh ham, pine nut/almond gremolata, Parmesan broth
