Come tour a research vessel, get creative with fish art, and practice your casting at our 2017 Open House!
Every two years, we open the doors of our Marine Resources Center in Charleston to invite the public in for an Open House. Come meet our marine biologists, fisheries managers, and educators and learn about the work we do in a fun, relaxed setting. Open House is a free, family-friendly event with a lot of activities for kids (and grown-ups!).
Parking will be provided at James Island Charter High School, where shuttles will be waiting to transport visitors to the Marine Resources Center. Food and drinks will be available for purchase on site.
