California-born chef Amalia Scatena of Cannon Green partners with one of California's most thought-provoking, cult wineries, "The Prisoner Wine Company,“ for a unique, sensory wine dinner in November.
The prix-fixe dinner features five courses, each paired with a different Prisoner wine. Throughout the meal, guests will be led through a series of interactive plays on the five Prisoner labels (The Prisoner; Blindfold; Cuttings; Saldo; and Thorn), with each of the courses representing a different experience.
Prisoner is known for their approachable and creative wine blends and has become one of the most recognizable and respected brands in Napa Valley.
