About Chef Amalia Scatena
Chef Amalia Scatena knows a thing or two about pasta. Raised in San Francisco among a kitchen-centric Italian family, Chef's passion for food was fueled equally by her parents and by the great Bay Area chefs they exposed her to. She graduated from the Advanced Culinary Arts Professional Program from the Culinary Institute of Florence, Italy. Chef Amalia is the Executive Chef at Cannon Green and the Culinary Director for Easton Porter Group -- whose restaurants include Cannon Green, Zero Cafe + Bar, Red Pump Kitchen and Pippin Hill Farm & Vineyards.
