Charleston’s new Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) practice Optimal Bio is excited to partner with local wellbeing consultant Sarah Gravely to host “Optimal Wellbeing” on March 21 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at Bodega downtown.
The event will offer insights on how improving your mental and physical health can help maximize your potential, and will end with a Q+A. Optimal Bio will share more info on how BHRT can positively impact the lives of people of all ages, helping with fatigue, anxiety, depression, brain fog, sleep, energy and more. In addition, Sarah will speak to workplace wellbeing and how to ensure your day-to-day work life is as productive and proactive as possible.
