Come out and join St. Matthew's Lutheran Church for their annual Oktoberfest celebration on Saturday, October 8th from 11:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. We will feature beers from local breweries as well as brats, pretzels, and authentic German baked goods. There will also be a live German band and a Kinderzone with face painting, games, and a jump castle. All proceeds go to support St. Matthew's Sharing With A Neighbor ministry (providing rent and utility assistance for area residents) and Our Lady of Mercy Community Outreach. Tickets can be purchased ahead of time at www.oktoberfestcharleston.org. So grab your dirndl, dust off your lederhosen, and join us for Oktoberfest at St. Matthew's!
