Celebrate Co-Founder Jim’s Birthday with a Limited Edition Barrel Proof Bourbon Release!
Join us on Friday, December 13 from 4-7pm for the highly anticipated release of Jim’s Birthday Barrel Proof, a special annual edition crafted in honor of co-owner Jim Irvin’s 78th birthday.
This LIVE single barrel straight bourbon whiskey, bottled at cask strength, has been hand-selected by Jim, celebrating a true bourbon legacy.
This very limited release makes it a must-have for bourbon enthusiasts. Guests are encouraged to visit early, as the bottles will be available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last, exclusively at the distillery. Stay for karaoke night, starting at 7pm, free admission, and enjoy delicious bites from The Pita Stroller food truck, 6pm-9pm.
