Edmund's Oast Exchange is getting into the holiday spirit with a special wine and beer tasting/pop-up shop on Saturday, December 3 from 2:00-6:00 p.m. in The Bower at Edmund's Oast restaurant.
Certified Sommelier Sarah O'Kelley and Certified Cicerone® Brandon Plyler will be pouring over 20 beers and wines including offbeat bubbly, saisons, stouts, Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir and much more. They will also be sharing holiday pairing tips for any meal or celebration planned over the holidays. The tastings are free and patrons can place orders for products they sample for pick up the next week if they so choose.
