The charming shops of Cannonborough/Elliotborough would like to invite the public to stroll the neighborhood on Friday December 2 from 5-8pm as we offer special events and offerings for your holiday shopping.

Participating retail stops will be Open Door Shop, Candy Shop Vintage, The George Gallery, Mac & Murphy, Flowershop, Proud Mary, LulaKate, Sugar Bakeshop and Indigo and Cotton.

The George Gallery will be hosting a reception for the opening of Small Works, Big Impressions, a group show of gallery artists’ work featuring paintings and photography on a smaller scale. Candy Shop Vintage will have cocktails and shopping with guest jewelry designer Patti Tobin and a braid bar by Olivia Hair Painter from Salon Vari. Open Door Shop will be launching their Holiday Market- featuring holiday décor, specialty foods and gifts. Mac & Murphy will be stocked with holiday gifts and pouring wine. Flowershop will have a selection of dried and preserved wreaths and swag to adorn your home for the season, and enjoy a festive beverage. Upstairs from Flowershop, Proud Mary will have global gifts from around the world. LuluKate will be having a $100 drawing towards a dress and some holiday sips and treats. Indigo and Cotton will offer cocktails, special discounts and complimentary gift-wrapping. Sugar Bakeshop will be hosting their annual “Cupcakes by Candlelight,” enjoy fresh baked holiday treats, hot chocolate, and eggnog. While you’re there, place your orders for holiday parties, gift tins and gingerbread houses.
