Event Details

Visitors and Charlestonians alike have dined and shopped at the Grace Church Cathedral Tea Room and Church Mouse Boutique for more than thirty years. Diners, some in fancy hats, have enjoyed house-made okra and crab soups, shrimp remoulade salads, ham biscuits washed down with gallons of sweet tea and lemonade. No meal at the Tea Room would be complete without sampling the array of parishioner made desserts, including the famous Huguenot Torte and coconut cakes. Before and after lunch, visitors marvel at the treasures they find at the Church Mouse Boutique, which is filled with donated jewelry, silver, and fanciful housewares. Everyone walks away knowing that every dollar that is earned is given to local non-profit organizations in the form of micro-grants that help sustain vital services for our neighbors.
