Event Details

As a proud Good Catch Partner, High Cotton is pleased to partner with the S.C. Aquarium to host its Good Catch Dinner, featuring a four-course seafood-centric meal sourced from Lowcountry Shellfish with expertly paired wines.

First:
Clam & Catfish Stew: Spanish chorizo, Yukon gold potato, tomatoes, olive oil

Second:
Marinated Shrimp Salad: arugula, farm egg, mushrooms, bacon vinaigrette

Third:
Herb Encrusted Wreckfish: roasted turnips, mustard greens, carrots, fennel puree, baby beets, local citrus

Last:
Pumpkin Trio: pumpkin bread, pumpkin mousse, pumpkin seed tuille

Tickets are $75/person and reservations are required.
