On May 29th, Society Members are invited to this exclusive after-hours event to view some of the earliest collections from The Charleston Museum, rarely seen by the public. Artifacts from the Museum’s earliest days covering Ancient Rome, Minoa, Mesopotamia, and much more will be on display as part of this rare and exclusive opportunity. Please join us for a special Society Member Mixer with Curator of Archaeology John Fisher as he shares his passion and knowledge of ancient artifacts and Museum history, centered around some of the oldest and rarest collections in The Charleston Museum and the United States.
Meet and mingle with the Curator and fellow Society Members over refreshments and then enjoy an exclusive look at these collection pieces not currently on exhibit for public viewing.
Beverages and light hors d’oeuvres will be available.
Registration is required. Register online or call (843)722-2996 ext. 235
This program is free of charge and exclusively for current Museum Members at the following Membership Levels: Milby Burton Society, Manigault Society, 1773 Society, and Laura Bragg Society. Not a Member, yet?
