Exclusive Design Tour of the Joseph Manigault House

Completed in 1803 (and nearly lost to urban development in 1920), the Joseph Manigault House still retains much of designer Gabriel Manigault's original architectural flair and is today is considered one of the finest examples of the Federal style in the United States.

On October 4, at 5:30 p.m., join lead interpreter Samantha Hudson and Chief Curator Grahame Long for an exclusive tour of the Joseph Manigault house. Focusing specifically on key architectural details within this grand home and the decorative arts that supplement them, go behind the ropes for an up-close study of these significant English-influenced and Charleston-made components.

Register online or call 843.722.2996 ext. 235. $40 for Members, $55 for Non-members.
