Embracing Embodiment Women's Retreat

Join us for our healing women's retreat, "Embracing Embodiment," at The Restoration Hotel in Charleston, SC, Feb 28 - March 3, 2024.

During this retreat, participants will journey into the hidden parts of themselves for deep discovery and healing; we will share vulnerably and authentically, creating supportive friendships along the way; we will have many moments to learn, but also to integrate and process; we will have fun in one of our favorite places in the US, discovering many of the different aspects of Charleston, SC; and we will do it all in 3.5 days!

We begin with registration and a welcome dinner on Wednesday evening, February 28th, 2024. We will have three full days of programming, meals, yoga, sound and energy healing, sensory experiences, and more.

Your hosts for this retreat are former CofC graduates, Chel Benyair and Caroline Paradis (2000), both energy and sound healers. We are thrilled to say that we have found amazingly present and heart-based Charleston healing practitioners to be a part of our experiences and learning as well.
