Chef Vinson Petrillo and the impeccably hospitable team at Costa are opening their doors for a coastal Italian-inspired lunch rooted in seasonal ingredients and regional traditions. Guests will gather around Costa’s open kitchen for an intimate, family-style experience featuring a menu that celebrates the vibrant flavors and relaxed elegance of Italy’s seaside towns.
