Come home to the College for Spring Alumni Weekend, May 5-6, 2023. Since 1900, the CofC Alumni Association has hosted an annual reception to welcome graduating students into its membership. Over the years this event has grown into A Charleston Affair, the highlight of Spring Alumni Weekend. If you haven’t attended before, here are some highlights you don’t want to miss:
On Friday evening, sip and stroll through our beautiful campus on the Piazza Prowl. Enjoy drinks and appetizers as you visit iconic buildings and reminisce with classmates and professors. This year marks the 40th anniversary of the College winning not one, but two NAIA national championships: Men's Basketball and Women's Tennis! We're inviting those incredible alumni athletes and Coach Kresse and Coach Silcox to be our honored guests at the Prowl.
On Saturday evening, dance under the live oaks at our 122nd Alumni Reception, now known as A Charleston Affair. From Calhoun to Wentworth, and St. Philip to Coming Streets, it's the largest garden party in Charleston! Upgrade your experience with tickets to one of four VIP areas, or become an Annual Sponsor of the Alumni Association for exclusive access to Randolph Hall, plus the four VIP areas.
