Charleston Trees, a committee of the Charleston Parks Conservancy, is hosting its annual oyster roast fundraiser on Jan. 28 at Lowndes Grove Plantation, 266 St. Margaret St. in downtown Charleston. The event is 1-4 p.m.
Enjoy oysters and chili plus beer, wine and nonalcoholic beverages along with live music. Tickets are $45 each in advance and space is limited. Proceeds from the event support tree-planting initiatives around the City of Charleston.
