Brine and Swine: The Macintosh's Pig Roast Featuring Rappahannock Oyster Co.

Hailing from the Chesapeake Bay, join Rappahannock Oyster Co. at The Macintosh for a seasonal pig and oyster roast. This special event will be a preview of Rappahannock's restaurant opening in the Cigar Factory later this month. Enjoy a family-style meal slow-cooked on The Macintosh's back patio by chef Jeremiah Bacon, raw and wood-fired oysters from Rappahannock Oyster Co. and local craft beers. Menu highlights include a slow-roasted hog and Chesapeake Bay oysters.
