In case you’re unfamiliar with baijiu (pronounced bye-joe), that’s what this dinner is all about—exploring and celebrating the national drink of China, a traditional, fiery spirit which also happens to be the current title holder as “the world’s most consumed spirit”.
Through a 5-course dinner, curated by Chef de Cuisine Greg Kurtzman, guests will explore all four primary baijiu “aromas” as well as cocktail applications, led by baijiu expert Dylan Trujillo.
