This exclusive event features a prix fixe menu shaped by more than 15 years of mentorship, shared kitchens, and a deep creative bond - crafted by two chefs whose culinary journeys have taken them from Washington, D.C. to the heart of the Red Sea.

Chef Dugan began his career under Chef Mina's guidance and has spent the last decade and a half honing his craft in kitchens led and influenced by Mina's vision. Their relationship - built on trust, discipline, and a shared passion for hospitality - has spanned continents and evolved into a partnership grounded in mutual respect. Their reunion at Sorelle is a celebration of past, present, and future.

The tasting menu honors the arc of their journey while spotlighting the distinct identity of Sorelle. Highlights include Chef Mina's signature Caviar Parfait and Lobster Pot Pie, paired with dishes that reflect Sorelle's expressive Southern Italian perspective - like hand-cut Tajarin with Forx Farm Butter and Branzino Acqua Pazza Verde. Each course connects memory with innovation, tradition with interpretation.

Reservations include a signed copy of Chef Mina's "My Egypt" cookbook.
