Join us on Johns Island where our friends Josh Eboch + Kendra Tidwell, owners and operators of Clammer Dave’s and Barrier Island Oyster Co, act as hosts with most for this New England meets Lowcountry outdoor gathering. Learn more about sustainable aquaculture and how they provide gourmet shellfish to chefs and restaurants around the country. Belly up to the table for a communal clambake featuring Clammer Dave's clams and other delicacies from Charleston’s waterways. Wash it all down with an ice cold beer or a crisp glass of wine - no matter what you will have a shell of a time!
