Learn more about sustainable aquaculture and how they provide gourmet shellfish to chefs and restaurants around the country. Belly up to the table for a communal clambake featuring Clammer Dave's clams and other delicacies from Charleston’s waterways. Wash it all down with an ice cold beer or a crisp glass of wine - no matter what you will have a shell of a time!
