14th Annual 'A Meal to Remember' Gala and Auction with Local Chefs

Local restaurants will be creating meals with a mission at an upcoming gala and auction benefiting East Cooper Meals on Wheels. Doors open at 6:30 pm for the 14th annual event, "A Meal to Remember" presented by Motley Rice, on Thursday, April 11 at Wild Dunes Resort on the Isle of Palms. Tickets are $150 each and can be purchased online at www.ecmow.org/events or by calling 843-881-9350. This annual fundraiser supports the organization's mission of providing daily nutrition to residents within its service area who are homebound or unable to provide their own meals, regardless of age or income.

Each year guests gather for this black-tie optional affair to enjoy signature small plates from local chefs and restaurants while bidding on items in both live and silent auctions. Participating restaurants and chefs to date, include:
