This darling duo knew they wanted a gorgeous, small, and intimate southern wedding where they were surrounded by their closest family and friends. The couple shared love for ancient oak trees dripping with Spanish moss and all of the southern charm that the Holy City had to offer, so naturally they chose Charleston for their dreamy destination affair. The bride beamed in a hand-painted frock from Kate McDonald and blooms from Ooh Events while Dawson sported his dapper look from Charleston Formalwear.

Next, the soon-to-be-weds layered in an heirloom vow book, cocktails sipped as they swung by the Ashely River, and a vintage bus from Low Country Valet for a jaunt through downtown Charleston. With stops at Cannon Green and The Darling Oyster Bar the couple shared their favorite spots with their guests as they to soaked up the sights and flavors of the city. The newlyweds ended their evening with a picturesque meander through the historic district at sunset. Now that is what we call an elopement for the books!
