This weather alert is intended to assist individuals with short-term travel to Charleston, and visitors already in the area.

While the anticipated path of the storm may change, it is expected to pass near Charleston as it makes its way north, bringing with it heavy winds and rain through Saturday, October 1.

The health and safety of our residents and visitors is our highest priority. Visitors and residents are urged to use caution during this time.
