Wild Game Dinner

From the field to the grill, the arrival of fall means enjoying some favorite game meats.

For this five course Wild Game Dinner, Chef Marc Collins will showcase some of his winning wild game recipes, including Alligator and Elk, which was recently profiled in the Wall Street Journal.

Cost is $75 or $105 paired with wine, plus tax and gratuity.
